CCTV Installation

HD IP camera systems for commercial premises, warehouses, car parks, and multi-site operations. Monitored 24/7 or recorded locally.

What this covers

Most businesses that call us have already had an incident. A camera covering the wrong angle. Footage that turned out to be unusable. A system installed years ago that nobody has checked since. We fix that.

4K Visual Clarity

Resolution is only useful at the right angle. We specify camera positions first, resolution second - so every pixel is doing something useful.

AI Analytics On-Site

Human detection, vehicle alerts, ANPR, and perimeter breach - processed at the camera, not in the cloud.

Remote Access

Encrypted mobile app access to live feeds and recorded footage from any device. No VPN or technical setup required.

Infrastructure Specified

PoE switches, NVR storage, network bandwidth, ARC linking - all confirmed in writing before a cable is pulled.

How We Work

01

Site survey

We walk the premises with you, identify blind spots and risk areas, assess lighting and cable routes, and note any existing infrastructure worth keeping.

02

System design

We specify camera positions, resolution requirements, storage capacity, PoE infrastructure, and remote access setup - in writing, before anything is ordered.

03

Installation

Our engineers install cameras, run cables tidily, configure the recording system, and set up remote access on your devices before they leave.

04

Handover

We test every camera in front of you, confirm remote access works, and show you how to navigate recorded footage and adjust settings.

05

Maintenance

Annual health check covering camera function, recording verification, storage review, firmware updates, and lens cleaning.

Common Questions

How many cameras do I actually need?

We cannot tell you without seeing the site. It depends on layout, risk areas, and what the footage needs to be good enough to do. Most commercial sites end up with between 4 and 20 cameras. We will tell you which positions matter and which would just be padding the invoice.

What is the difference between HD and 4K for commercial use?

4K is worth specifying when you need to identify faces or read number plates at distance. For general area coverage, 2MP or 4MP gives perfectly usable footage and puts less strain on your network and storage. We recommend the right resolution for each camera position, not 4K across the board.

Can I access the footage remotely?

Yes. We configure encrypted remote access as standard - app-based for most clients, browser-based for larger installations. You can view live feeds and review recorded footage from your phone.

What happens if a camera goes offline?

If your system is linked to remote monitoring, the ARC will know before you do. For standalone systems, we check camera health during our scheduled maintenance visits and alert you to any faults.
